Use of Civil Engineering Surveying Principal in Indian Politics.

Principal of Surveying in #civilengineering "Working from Whole to Part" which take in to minimize the errors. Basically, we cover the whole area to survey first and we go deep into to cover it in parts. It will give better control points. It is being achieved by a better hierarchy. Maybe using this principle Since 2014 first BJP covered the whole area in the Central Government election made the government. They are going in parts i.e. States Government. Then again into parts by big-city corporations...etc. Engineering principles use in other sectors. It can be a good #strategy. No offense It's just my point of view, though, and observation.
